If for any reason you are not completely happy with your jewellery and wish to return please do so within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging as received. Please include a note or email us to confirm whether you would like a replacement or refund. Once the item has been received by us a refund will be made within 7 days minus delivery costs.
If an item has been classed as having a defect then a full refund including delivery is processed.
